Information Centre of the Ministry

Members of the general public, institutions and municipalities may contact the Information Centre by email (info@mmr.gov.cz), phone, appointment or in writing through the filing room to ask for clarification of issues related to the work of the Ministry in, e.g., the following areas:

• Housing and rentals, housing development programme and types of financial assistance
• Building Act and related administrative procedures
• Tourism (guides, tour operators and travel agencies, insurance)
• Public procurement (references to procedures), investment projections
• EU funds
• Sectoral relevance of programmes
• Integrated Operational Programme (IOP) within the competence of the Ministry
• Basic information about potential use of EU funds
• Other topics applicable to the Ministry which are the subject of general public interest.

The Information Centre is the Ministry’s first point of contact for the general public and as such it implements the obligations of the central State administration authority as set forth by the accessibility of information principle in compliance with the Government Executive Order.
